Swagbucks is a great way to save money. You definitely won’t get rich, but you can earn some extra cash for things like Disney. You signed up. Now what? It can all be overwhelming. These tips for getting started with Swagbucks will help you get started and determine what will work best for you.

What is Swagbucks?

Swagbucks is a legitimate free site to earn online rewards by watching videos, doing surveys, shopping, completing offers, and more. Trade in points that you earned for rewards like Paypal cash or gift cards. If you are willing to put in the time, you have the potential of earning a nice extra bonus. I have earned over $1,000 on Swagbucks. I have been doing it on and off for years. If you sign up through my referral link, you can get a $3 bonus.

Swagbutton: Go ahead and download the SwagButton to your browser. Once you do, this button will alert you of any earning potential and if any Swag Codes are available. 

To Do List: Start with your daily to do list on the left hand side. Go through each one to complete your list and earn easy bonus Swagbucks.

Daily Goal: Look for your daily goal on the the top of the page. Earn your goal everyday and you’ll earn bonus Swagbucks the following month. Everybody’s goal will be different. The goal depends on how much you’ve been earning.

Videos: Pick videos with a shorter watch time. Then you just just leave them running on your computer. Also download Swagbucks Watch (TV) on your phone. You can earn 10 Swagbucks per day on your phone with a chance for bonus points after that.  Make sure to favorite the shortest videos and just watch that list everyday, so you know you’re being as efficient as possible.

nCraves:  View articles and videos. Choose one that has a orange circle on it. This means it will continuously play without having to click.

Sponsored Videos:  Look for the Laptop Guy. He is your friend and will give you easy Swagbucks. Laptop Guy is not always there. When he does decide to show up, you are just viewing sponsored websites/videos and click Next Page when the timer runs out. I am actually doing that as I type this out. Easy peasy.

Shop: Anytime you need to purchase anything online, visit this page first. Click through here before you purchase and then you will get Swagbucks for your purchase. Swagbucks usually pend for 30 days after purchase.  So if you are going to buy something anyway, stop here first.  It doesn’t cost any extra, but you can earn some Swagbucks.

Coupons: Print coupons you need and then use them at the store. Then you will earn 10 SB for every coupon you redeem at your local grocery store.

Search:  Use this search engine to randomly earn Swagbucks.

Surveys: You can earn a big amount of Swagbucks on surveys. Don’t get discouraged with this though. You will get disqualified for a majority of them, but keep trying. Then, when you get one that pays a ton, it is totally worth it.

Discover: Complete offers to earn Swagbucks. This is where I earn most of my Swagbucks. I like to download mobile apps/games. Then I let my kids play them to earn Swagbucks. I recently made $65 in one day completing offers on Swagbucks.
