The Incredibles Oreo Cookie Recipe
Incredibles 2 will be in theaters on June 15th and we are counting down the days. The first movie was so fun and I have been waiting a long time for this movie. It came at the perfect time though, since we now have the entire Incredibles crew including our own baby Jack-Jack. To celebrate the new movie, I’m sharing a fun Incredibles Oreo cookie recipe. These cookies are great for movie nights, birthday parties, or just a super treat. (pun intended)
You will need:
- Oreo Cookies, obviously
- Wilton Light Cocoa and Red Candy Melts
- Yellow Frosting
- White Sugar Pearls
- 2 Decorating Bags
- 2 Small Bowls
In a small microwave safe bowl, melt 2 cups of your light Coco candy melts and 1 cup of your red candy melts on 50% power for 3-4 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.
Next, dunk each Oreo into your light Coco candy melts, letting any excess drip off and place onto a piece of parchment paper. Place your chocolate covered Oreos into the freezer for about 10 minutes to harden.
Scoop the red melted candy melts into a decorating bag, cut a small bit off the end and use it to draw on the Incredibles logo as pictured onto your chocolate covered Oreos.
Place your Oreos into the freezer for another 10 minutes. Scoop one cup of your yellow frosting into a second decorating bag, cut a small tip of the end and use it to draw on the yellow part of the Incredibles “ii” logo like pictured. Place a single white sugar pearl onto the dot of the “i” and they’re ready to eat.
It’s time to sit back and watch as the kids ooh and ah over their treats. Don’t forget to save an Incredibles Oreo cookie for yourself too.
