We enjoy a good game of Fortnite around here. We even come up with a recipe, from time to time. But when Fortnite is about to drop the craziest event ever, live, that’s a special occasion. And that calls for a special Fortnite recipe. I mean, just look at it:

All those Saturdays spent watching Godzilla movies came back instantly. This was hugely fun, and the best live event Fortnite has rolled out yet. I’d had an idea for a sundae based on the SoFDeeZ ice cream place for awhile anyway, and what better time to bring it to fruition? So now you can pull the fight up on Youtube, fix your own SoFDeeZ sundae, and enjoy the ride.

What you need
The list of ingredients is small, but essential.

- Godzilla
- Ice cream. To be authentic, it should be yellow, so I was forced to get banana pudding. I do these things for you.
- Mini Oreos. The kind that come in the little cup for about a dollar are perfect.
- Airheads candy. Specifically blue. The Lil Whip skin has red headphones, but the actual mascot on top of the building has blue.
- Blue candy melts. Get close to the color of the Airheads.
- Cones, (which I forgot) or a blue bowl, (for when you forget the ice cream cones.)
- Pastel sprinkles.
What you do
Okay, so the actual construction isn’t that hard. It shouldn’t take weeks, like Singularity’s team did building the giant robot, which the internet has named Doggus. The only preliminary step is to melt your… melts, and coat the mini Oreos in them. The cleaner a job you do of this, the better they will look. Put them aside, or in the fridge, to cool. Once they are hardened, scoop out some ice cream. Try to get a really good, rounded scoop on top. Unwrap your Airhead, and curve it over the top of your foremost scoop.

Then put two blue Oreos on either side of the scoop. Garnish with some sprinkles, and there you go.

A word from Cattus
We were fortunate enough to get ahold of Cattus, the giant monster, who was happy to share it’s thoughts on the sundae: “Grahrg arr argh gragh grog, grag grog grahrhargh. Argh argh argh gragh grogharr. Groahagh SoFDeeZ groahoahrah. Grargh.” Thanks so much, Cattus. I agree with what you said about the Fortnite recipe. In fact, I think that’s the nicest thing anyone’s ever said to me. I hope you do the same. Anyway, fix yourself up some of these and enjoy, while pretending like you just understood any of this.

A final request
Please use creator code Jimmymoog in the v-bucks shop. If you do, any purchases you or your kids make with v-bucks will benefit us, since Epic gives back a small portion of their profits to approved creators. It won’t cost you any extra but it helps us out. Thank you.
