While I wasn’t sure what to expect, I will say this; it’s hard to get excited over diet food. But the more I read through the delicious recipes in Always Eat After 7 PM, the more excited I got. And now, I think I might have a new favorite recipe. The Pomegranate-glazed pork chops are amazing! This doesn’t sound like a diet recipe at all. It sounds like something I would have pinned. You get thick, bone-in pork chops, pomegranate juice, shallots, some other stuff. (I can’t give away all the secrets, now.) And you sautee it all into an amazing meal. I’m getting hungry just thinking about it. I tell you, this book makes it easy to eat healthy. And there are so many more I haven’t gotten to try yet! I can’t wait to try the desserts.
The most challenging times to curb hunger are just before bed and in the morning. By following the Always Eat After 7PM program, you have the most willpower to stay on the diet because you are eating during the hours when you are most hungry. This also puts you into both intermittent fasting increasing testosterone and your metabolism, while putting you into ketosis. I’m so glad to have this guide to help me through it.
